1.1 Appointment Requests: Appointments can be requested via our website, phone, or in-person. All appointment requests are subject to availability and confirmation.
1.2 Deposit Requirement: A £50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your treatment.
1.3 Waiver of Deposit: The £50 deposit may be waived at the business owner's discretion. This will be communicated to you at the time of booking if applicable.
2.1 Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and cash. Full payment is required at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
2.2 Deposit Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable except in the following circumstances: If we need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel your appointment with at least 72 hours' notice.
2.3 Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
3.1 Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice without losing your deposit. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit may be forfeited at our discretion.
3.2 Cancellations: To cancel an appointment, please contact us at info@meaestheticsyork.com. Cancellations with at least 72 hours' notice will receive a full refund of the deposit.
4.1 Consultation Requirement: A consultation may be required prior to certain treatments to assess your suitability and customize the treatment plan.
